The Girls @ Bear Lake

We went to Bear Lake with Nana & Papa earlier this month. Here are some fun pictures of the girls playing together. They had a blast. They just sat in the lake and poored water and sand in and out of their buckets. They thought it was really cool to build things in the sand with daddy too. Jayden didn't even mind that her big sister was dumping water and dirt on her head.

At the Beach (Ocean) with Skylan

Skylan kept calling the lake an ocean, and there is no winning with her- she is always right. She was so excited when we got there that she just kept on running and running in the water. Skylan and I were doing ring around the rosie's. She was laughing so hard and was having a blast even though I was swinging her around in the water. She loved to wear her purple towel when she was cold and cuddle. When it was time to go home, she wasn't very happy about it. She had a major tantrum as you can see the start of the tantrum in this last picture. It was so much fun to take her camping. She loved the cabin and jumping on our air mattress.

Fun in the Sun with Jade

Jayden had so much fun playing in the water at Bear Lake. When we first got to the beach, she just started to run as fast as she could to get to the water and then she fell. It was so funny and I am so glad that I got that on picture. She loves to swim in the water and is not affraid of it at all. She was so much fun and is always making us laugh. She kept calling the lake a waterfall and Skylan was getting so mad telling her it was not a waterfall it was an ocean. I think they were both wrong.

Daxton in Action

I love this guy. He is such a trooper. He was so good at Bear Lake. He just chilled with us or slept. He is just so happy. It was so much fun to have him there with us- I just wish that he could have played with his sisters in the water. Next year Dax.

County Fair- Raspberry Days

We went to the Raspberry days fair while we were at Bear Lake. It was lots of fun. We had so much fun at the fair. I bought some jewelery and the girls painted some ceramics. They love to paint. We do a craft every day at home. Then the girls rode on this ride and thought it was the coolest thing in the world that someone was pulling them on a four wheeler. It was so much fun.

Daxton got blessed in his tough outfit.

We blessed Daxton on Aug. 3rd 2008. Paul did such a great job. It was a great day minus a few things. My girl's were not being very happy on that day. I can't tell you how many times we had to go into the foyer. I almost missed his blessing because Skylan thought it would be lots of fun to start screaming as loud as she could right before it started. His blessing was so beautiful. Thank you Paul for doing such a great job. I was planning on taking family pictures after but Skylan was very over tired. I was so bummed because we all looked really cute and matched. (It's a girl thing)

I am just so happy to have this little man in my life. He brings me so much happiness. We all love him so much and can't get enough of his sweet little smile. We were so blessed to get as a member of our family. We love you Dax- Thank you for the smiles.

Swimming with Friends and Family

We went swimming with Nana, Kelly the boys and Mykla, Melissa and the girls, Laura, Jessica and her cute kids, and Kathy and her grandkids. It was so much fun. Skylan walked around the pool for awhile before she was daring enough to get in. When she finally did she had a blast. Jayden has no fear and wanted to jump right in. I had to keep a really close eye on her. It was really tough because I had to help both of them and make sure Dax was ok.

The girls were due for haircuts. We ended up cutting Skylan's hair in an a-line bob. Jayden we had to trim quite a bit off of the back or she would have a mullet. We love having Nana do our hair. She does such a great job.

Paul's Birthday @ The Hogle Zoo on July 25th

Happy birthday, Paul

We love you so much. You are such a great husband and daddy. Thank you so much for always going above and beyond with everything you do.

We payed extra to get our picture taken with a bald eagle. Of course, right when we get ready to take the picture it totally freaks out. It scared Skylan and Jade didn't know what to think.

Skylan was sitting next to Mykla on the train. They were loving the train ride and couldn't get enough of all of the animals. Her and Mykla are best buddies and they are usually together. I love how they are holding hands.
Paul took this picture of Kelly and I. We were laughing really hard because we looked like we were doing engagement pictures.

We let the girls ride on the merry-go-round. They thought that it was so much fun to wave to Nana and Papa.

Back Yard Memories

Sky and Jade on Dad's three wheel bike. It is so much fun to ride around.

They could play in the water for hours. Just dumping water into a bucket and dumping it out.
